Please take this
moment out of your day to do something for yourself. . .your gift to
you. Whatever stresses you might be feeling today, let them go for
now.
Stop and close your eyes for just a little
bit. Try to picture a place that would bring you great relaxation.
Maybe, a small stream is trickling by. Not a noisy one. Just a little
trickle that brings about peace in you. Visualize yourself sitting by
this stream in the shade of a beautiful, big
tree.
Take five long, deep breaths. Focus on your
breathing. Feel the intake of air and the release of all your tensions
and stress. On each exhale feel your body sinking into the earth. Let
gravity draw your body down.
Honor yourself. Take care of yourself.
Experience the rest of your day more relaxed.
