We all have the ability to perceive a situation or event in our own
way. That perception may or may not be the same as others see it. It
could be a mistake to assume we are right or know the whole story.
If you are searching
for truth, look beyond your own perception. If you have negative
feelings about someone. . .a family member, co-worker, friend. . .it
would be worth your effort to talk to that person about how you see the
problem. You might find his/her view of things enlightening, and
healing. You might discover his/her perception is far different from
the one you have been carrying.
Understanding is the
key to healing. You will be better physically, mentally, and
emotionally if you heal the antagonisms in your life. Try it! . . . for
yourself!
