How easily are you
“bouncing back” today? Are you able to meet the bumps in the road and
smooth things out fairly quickly in your mind?
You can choose to be resilient, or you
can choose to hold grudges and keep grumbling. If you choose to hold on
to the setbacks, you will get less done and probably feel more tired
