Relax

Is this one of those days that has you tied up in knots? Maybe this will help. It will only take a few minutes.

Stop what you’re doing. Stay seated where you are and close your eyes. Take five deep breaths and concentrate on your breathing while you do it.

Repeat something like this while your eyes are closed:

I am calm, relaxed and at peace.

There is a place in me that knows this feeling, and I go to that place now.

I now feel peace and harmony throughout my entire body,

and I can deal with the world from this feeling.

Keep your eyes closed for one or two more minutes and concentrate on this peaceful feeling. Then open your eyes and identify this feeling for a moment. Know that this is who you are at this moment. You are peace! You have chosen this for yourself. Be this person for the rest of your day.
