The Inspirational Essay "(D)anger" Anger is only one letter short of danger. Anonymous Anger is a chosen emotion. We must all take responsibility for that. We can, instead, choose peace of mind. Many won’t like to hear that they have chosen anger. They prefer to think it just somehow happens to them. Maybe it comes from somewhere out there, or something. It is not good enough to say, "I can’t help how I feel." The truth is a resounding "yes, you can." Further, if you couldn’t help how you feel, who could? To whom have you given control over you? Is someone or some-thing using mind-control on you? You have the amazing power and ability to choose how you feel, what your emotions will be, at any given moment. And isn’t it wonderful? No one can take control of you, unless you allow it. We wish you peace of mind, Lana Keating
